Il y a les Colères tendues et les Colères sages, les Colères colorées et les Colères sincères. Celles qui réunissent. Celles qui explosent tout. Nous avons eu le plaisir d’accompagner le chef Eloy Spinnler et son équipe Bonaloi pour l’ouverture de son deuxième restaurant, toujours avec le même ADN et une cuisine zéro déchet. Après l’Orgueil, nous avons réfléchi à la Colère et toutes ses manifestations avec les architectes Friedmann et Versace.

There are tense angers and wise angers, colorful angers and sincere angers. The ones that unite. The ones that explode everything. We had the pleasure of accompanying chef Eloy Spinnler and his Bonaloi team for the opening of his second restaurant, still with the same DNA and zero waste cuisine.
